Customer Protection
We will never sell, rent or give away your name
address or phone number to any other persons or company at any time. We dont
like this practice and we know that most of our customers can live without it quite well!
RETURN POLICY: If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it within 30 days for a
(minus
shipping cost) no hassle refund. This policy does not apply to closeout
items or third party gifts. Restocking Fees May Apply.
The cost of doing business via credit card involves our incurring
fees both for sales and for refunds. In recent years these fees have
increased as the result of credit card processors taking an ever
larger percentage of the entire sale, including costs for shipping
an handling. Typically we incur approximately a 12% overall
charge from the credit card companies when an item is returned.
Addition charges may apply if the returned item is not repackaged
properly as to be resold in pristine condition. We do not issue
credit for expedited shipping. Contact us for details. Youll be glad to know that customer satisfaction is
our highest priority!
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our facility and great
care is taken to insure safe transport to our customers. Unfortunately crystal can
break if mishandled during shipping. Thankfully, this doesnt happen too
often. If you suspect that a package is damaged when it arrives you may open and
inspect it in the presence of the delivery person and refuse the package. If you
discover hidden damage when you open the box, e-mail us as soon as you can and we will
take good care of you: You must return any transit-broken items to us
at our
expense. When we
receive the package we will then replace the item free of charge.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Due to software constraints, we are only
able to ship automated online orders to customers in the United States.
Customers in others countries should email us for a special quote.
As a convenience to our customers we offer
weight based, automated online Fed-Ex shipping charge calculations as our standard shipping
method of all items within the 48 lower states. Please remember that customers in
Alaska and Hawaii cannot receive goods from us via Fed-Ex Home
Delivery or Fed-Ex Business! We can also
ship second day air or next day air...just click the appropriate shipping method on the
order form and your freight will be automatically calculated. Shipments to
Alaska and Hawaii are made by second day air and freight will typically cost you
$45 to $90 depending on your zone and shipping weight. Please e-mail us for a special
quote. Be sure to include the item(s) that you are interested in, your name, address and
your zip code.
ORDERS SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN THE
U.S.A. PROPER: Please do not attempt to place an online order to any
country other than the United States proper (Lower 48 States). You are encouraged to

requesting a special quote for customers in Alaska and Hawaii.
You are required to
contact us
requesting a special quote for customers in any country other than
the USA. Each country has a different policy with regard to
import duties and taxes and we cannot presently accommodate an automated online order
beyond the USA. Be sure to include the item(s) that you are
interested in, your name, email and complete address.
Please be aware that you are
responsible for all import duties and taxes and will be charged at the time of
delivery. We do not include these charges in our invoice. All of our
crystal is priced in U.S. dollars.
